Well we didn’t have to take the one year old Disney World to find out, He Likes Mickey Mouse! Yesterday we had him out for the day and when we went to buy him some apple juice, the only one I could find was one that had a Mickey Mouse head on it. He went crazy! He wanted to hold that bottle of juice with Mickey’s head on it and hug it, and the squeal he let out when he saw it was the loudest squeal I have ever heard come out of him. It was really cute. Looks like he already is a Disney fan or at least a Mickey fan.
Well it looks like we will be going back to Disney again this year. And this time we will be taking the six year old and the thirteen year old. I am excited. I love going to Disney but it will be extra special being able to take them back. And we will be staying at Disney again so this will be the first time staying at Disney for them. I hope they have a great time. We are going to have breakfast with the princesses, and our friends from the hundred acre woods. We are going to have dinner with Mickey and Pluto. We are hoping to maybe take the one year old too. I know he will not remember it but I think he will really enjoy it. He loves watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I think he would love meeting Mickey Mouse. This all came about because the six year old kept asking to go back to Disney. I’m just passing on the love of Disney to the next generation.
It seems like I have had Disney fever the last few years. After almost seven years in between my last trip to Disney World and my trip last year, now it seems like I can’t get enough. I had to go this year for my 30th Birthday and it is looking like we will be going next year, and there are already talks of going in 2016 as well. But now I have started trying to pass my Disney fever on. The almost six year old already has it, as does the thirteen year old. So I’m starting in on the almost one year old. Yesterday we purchased him for Christmas the Little People Discover Disney play set. I can’t wait to see this and help him figure it all out. Plus there is the fact that we bought him a Mickey Mouse car seat and stroller, Mickey and Donald toy cars from Downtown Disney when we where there a few weeks, and we are trying to find him a Disney ride on toy for his first birthday in a few weeks. We are also trying to take him to Disney with us next year. He will have no clue what is going on but that’s okay, he will have his first taste of Disney. And to top it all off I’m already hoping the new baby will be a baby girl so I can buy her the Minnie Car seat and then we can have matching Mickey and Minnie car seats.
In the spirit of Independence Day tomorrow my favorite thing is my country, the great USA. I love a lot of things about this country. I love that we have places like the Outer Banks, Disney World, and the Blacks Hills and that we can travel to them. I love that we have National Parks like Yellowstone, the Badlands, and the Smokey Mountains. I love that we have shows like Castle, Criminal Minds, and Duck Dynasty. I love that we have Mickey Mouse. I love that we have a history even if it’s not all good. I love that we have movies like Gone With The Wind, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers, and Sleeping Beauty. I love that we have the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music, and NASCAR. I love that we are free. I am thankful for the brave men and woman who help protect this great nation. I could go on and on with the things I love about this country but I will stop there. I am proud to be an American and I will show my love for country tomorrow. Happy 4th of July to all my readers. Thank you for reading.
