I love refrigerator oatmeal! It is the only way I will eat oatmeal now. I have recently tried two new things that I have found makes my oatmeal even better.
1) Oatmeal with Flax
2) Vanilla Greek Yogurt
I’ve seen this on Pinterest and thought I would give it a try. Now I used instant oatmeal because that was all I had, but all the recipes I found said not to use instant oatmeal. I thought it was really good with the instant oatmeal so I’m not sure if I will try it with regular oatmeal. Last night I used Kroger Active Lifestyle Raisin, Apple, and Walnut Oatmeal. 1/2 Silk Almond Milk
1/2 cup or 1 packet of oatmeal
1 Meijer Greek Plain Non-fat Yogurt
I mixed everything together and let it sit overnight and ate cold this morning.
I found it to be good hopefully you will too if you try it.
