Southern Belle Reads: Not Quite Crazy by Catherine Bybee

I just finished another wonderful Catherine Bybee novel. Not Quite Crazy is the sixth book in the Not Quite Series. This is the third of the Fairchild brothers (Jason) road to love. Although Jason is the oldest of the three flying crazy siblings and the head of the family business but he is the last of the billionaire brothers to find love. In this book I also got to catch up with some old friends from the earlier books. I’m not sure if this is the end of the series but if it is not I know who I would love to see find love next. Now that I think about it more there are actually two people I would like to see find love next. So I really hope this is not the end of the series.

Stressed to the Max

When did my life get so crazy that the most relaxed part of my week was sitting in the dentist’s chair waiting on the dentist? That is how my week was last week. Work has been crazy busy as of late, my aunt was in the hospital, and I am worried about my babies. That makes for a stressed filled cocktail. My aunt is luckily out of the hospital and I will always worry about my babies. Work will slow down eventually, I hope. Hopefully I can get a few days off here very soon. I did unwind a little this weekend. I finished a book I was reading and I had dinner with friends. It’s the little things!

Falling In and Out of Love

I am not an expert on this and I am not going to say I am but when you “fall out of love” with someone you have been in a relationship with for over ten years shouldn’t you properly mourn/grieve the loss of that relationship before jumping right into another? I know so many friends/family/coworkers that have jumped out of one long term relationship (marriage or dating) and right into the next. I feel like if I ended a long term relationship like that I would want to properly grieve the loss of that relationship before I moved on to someone else. If you have dedicated that much time, energy and your heart to someone for so long how can you heart be instantly healed by someone else? I’m still grieving relationships that never were. I know it is not my place to judge I just wondering if these people know what they are getting themselves into. In my opinion it is just setting them up to get hurt more.

Why I Chose an iPhone 7 Plus Over an iPhone 8 Plus

For me why I chose the older over the newer was one simple reason, Rose Gold. The iPhone 8 doesn’t come in rose gold and the iPhone 7 does. And right now I am in a rose gold stage. So rose gold it was!

Southern Belle Reads: Books I Would Like to See as Movies

Maybe it was because I watched Fifty Shades Freed last night or maybe because I really like the idea of Passionflix making books into movies. So I thought I would put together a list of books I would like to see made into movies. Wow! I was not prepared for the list I would compile. It is much longer than I thought it would be. Disney Cruise = Planning Time

Our Disney Cruise is over five months away and my mind is already going three thousand miles a minute. Do I need to buy more clothes? Will we have to wash while we are down there? Do I need another suitcase? What will I wear to dinner? What will I need while on the cruise ship? These are just the start.
