What I used…
1- Box Chicken Broth
1- Can Chicken Broth
2- Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1- Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder plus a dash
1/4 tsp Black Pepper plus a dash
1/4 tsp Onion Powder plus a dash
4- Cups Water
1/4 box Pot Ready Spaghetti
What I did…
I put the can of chicken broth in a small pan with 1/2 a bouillon cube, a dash of garlic powder, a dash of black pepper, and a dash of onion powder. I heated that mixture and while it was heating I cut my cleaned chicken breast into really small pieces. After the chicken was cut and the broth mixture was nice and hot I put the chicken in there to cook for about an hour. I wanted to make sure the chicken was nice and done. Then in a larger pot I heated up the box of chicken broth, 4 cups water, the 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp onion powder, and the remaining 1 1/2 bouillon cubes. After that was hot I added the drained chicken and let it cook for about 30 mins more. Then I threw in the 1/4 box of pot ready spaghetti (I used about half a box but it was too much so I’m saying a fourth of a box now) and let it cook slow, until done on low heat. Once the spaghetti is done you are ready to serve the soup or let it cool so you can pack it for lunch in my case.
