A friend of mine from work told me I should check out the TV Show Reign. The first season is on Netflix. I watched the first epiosde last night and started the second this morning. So I am only on the second episode but I am likeing it so far.

I tried and tried to get into my Dearest Cecilia but just could not do it, so I have changed my Civil War Read for February to An Unlikely Union by Shannon Farrington. I am also reading Books, Blog, & Reality by Ryan Ringbloom. I am always reading more than one book at a time.
Misc:
I have not seen the kids since Valentine’s Day but hopefully this weekend I will. We are supposed to have a family dinner at a wonderful restaurant this weekend. I’ll have to tell you all about it sometime.
The baby will be here in less than two months. I can not wait to meet her! It’s hard to believe the one year old will be a big brother already.
I am ready for a vacation! This snow is getting old.

Daytona 500
Well Jeff Gordon’s last Daytona 500 is over and he did not win. In fact he was part of a big last lap wreck. I was a little disappointed with how the 500 ended but it is what it is. Not a big Joey Lagano fan but it could be worse. And it looks like it will be sometime before the Busch brothers are back on track. It looks like Kyle will probably be back before Kurt but we will have to wait and see. I am not a Kyle Busch fan, but I do feel bad for him, on the eve of the Daytona 500 to break your leg and foot in an accident and have to have surgery, wow! For a diehard racer like Kyle that has to be tough. This pretty much hurts his chances of making the chase this year. Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr were so close but not close enough to grabbing another Daytona 500 victory. Onward and upward, Atlanta is next.
Something New Saturday (On Sunday): A New Take On Refrigerator Oatmeal
I love refrigerator oatmeal! It is the only way I will eat oatmeal now. I have recently tried two new things that I have found makes my oatmeal even better.
1) Oatmeal with Flax
2) Vanilla Greek Yogurt
50 Shades of Grey The Movie
I liked the movie. I loved Jamie Dornan! From what I’m hearing I will probably be one of the only few people that says that but it’s true. I thought he made a great Christian Grey. I however was not sold on Dakota Johnson. I think she was just okay. I do think for the time they had and the rating they were going for they did a good job following the book. I know it must be hard to make a book into a movie. There is so much more in a book than can be added in a movie, the movie would be like 12 hours long. That would not be a good movie. I’m interested to see how they will pull the other two books to life in the other two movies. I will say the ripped jeans that Christian wears while in the red room of pain, now those were extra hot on Jamie Dornan!!!
Winter
Well winter has kicked our butts this week and it is not done yet. We had snow two days this week, now we have subzero temps, and we are supposed to get more snow tonight. Oh goody! I may just be ready for a move to Florida. It was cold, for them, there too though. Hopefully this is the last of this kind of weather. Spring can not get here fast enough for me. Dreaming of a warm beach!

Something New Saturday (on Sunday): Red Velvet Oreos
I heard they were coming and I was so excited when I found them in the store. Oreo put out limited edition red velvet Oreos for Valentine’s Day. They were actually pretty good. The package is smaller than regular Oreos but at the same price so for that I don’t think they are worth it, they are not that good. But I say try them!
